Job summary

The Collective Boutiques in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to deliver an engaging shopping experience across our boutique brands. You’ll greet customers, guide product selection, manage returns, and help with stocking and promotions.

Join a fast-paced, supportive team that values energy, warmth, and a proactive attitude on the sales floor. Training will be provided for our POS systems and store procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and Shop Owners warmly and create a welcoming environment.
• Guide customers to products across boutique spaces and answer questions.
• Handle returns/exchanges professionally and with a solutions-first attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of sales floor and spaces.
• Support opening/closing procedures and restocking inventory.
