Job summary

The Wildbirch Hotel in Anchorage seeks a Night Auditor to welcome guests, manage late check-ins, balance daily revenue, and audit reservations and guest ledgers during the overnight shift.

You will handle guest requests, maintain accuracy in the accounting system, coordinate with security and departments, and prepare daily reports for management while delivering warm, professional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or customer service, night audit preferred.
• Familiarity with Room Master and OPERA Cloud is a plus.
• Strong English communication, other languages a plus.
• Able to work overnight and handle financial reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in late-arriving guests while ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded in the system.
• Reconcile and balance daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and discrepancies in the accounting system.
• Process and verify guest payments, manage check-outs for early departing guests, and settle outstanding accounts.
• Perform nightly audits of guest accounts and hotel financial activities, preparing reports for management.
