Qualifications

• Passion for the MFK brand with ability to convey this to team and clients.
• Strong communication, empathy, results orientation, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities to meet and exceed monthly, seasonal, and annual goals.
• Hold boutique team accountable for sales and IPT goals.
• Plan and execute special events and in-store trainings.
• Maintain luxurious brand image through merchandising and staff presentation.
• Provide tools and knowledge to staff, including sampling and gifting.
• Monitor business performance and communicate insights to regional leadership.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and integrate clients into CRM.
• Track daily activity: sales, samples, stock; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop expertise on MFK procedures, products, and selling efficiency.
• Utilize Backstage training app and ensure courses are completed.
