HFGM is a dynamic, multi‑media marketing company specializing in luxury travel retail, with a global presence across 3 Cruise Lines and over 60+ cruise ships at sea. We are seeking charismatic individuals with dynamic personalities to fill our Shopping Guide, Assistance Shopping Guide, and Brand Ambassador positions onboard.

Position Overview:

As a member of the HFGM Community, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and providing an exceptional shopping experience to cruise passengers. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to our team’s growth, development, and success.

Requirements:

• Strong and clear communication skills;
• Ability to take constructive feedback;

• Thrives under pressure;
• Adaptable, innovative, and initiative‑driven;
• Ship experience preferred but not required;
• Public Speaking skills are preferred but not required;
• Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Dutch, Japanese, Chinese) is advantageous;

Desirable Skills:

• Public speaking experience;
• Good with scripts and memorization;
• Comfortable with a microphone;
• Confidence in improvisation;

Please Note:

• This position requires a commitment of 6 months at a time, working and living onboard a cruise ship.;
• Shared living quarters/room/cabin with one other person.;
• Candidates are responsible for visa, medical, and documentation costs.;
• Flights and accommodation are covered by the company.;
