You will support six attorneys handling business, corporate, and civil matters, preparing pleadings and coordinating court filings.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Litigation Secretary experience and familiarity with state and federal court filings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Litigation Secretary experience.
• Familiarity with state and federal court filings.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and calendar coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation and administrative support to attorneys.
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and court documents in state and federal courts.
• Create and update Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities.
• Manage calendaring, hearing coordination, case files, and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients and assist with general office and legal support functions.
