Leap Inc. seeks a passionate Sales Supervisor for a boutique experience powered by the Leap Platform in George Town. You will lead on the floor, coach staff, and partner with leadership to drive sales performance while maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience in boutique, specialty, premium, or customer-focused retail environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer-focused selling skills with the ability to build relationships, provide product expertise, and create memorable experiences.
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide feedback, motivate others, and build positive team relationships.

Responsibilities

Drive Sales Performance: Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and KPIs through coaching, floor leadership, and selling behaviors.
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Create meaningful customer connections through authentic engagement and product expertise.
Lead & Develop the Team: Coach, recognize, and support team development; onboard new members and reinforce training.
Lead Daily Store Operations: Oversee daily store execution, merchandising, inventory, shipments, and compliance with policies.
