You will analyze financial statements, build models, perform valuations, and conduct industry research while preparing presentations and offering memoranda for clients. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting; 3.3 GPA preferred.
• 2027 graduate or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Series 79 (or Series 7) and Series 63 certified, or willingness to sit exams.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, quantitative, and writing skills.
• Demonstrated team player through sports, extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Financial statement analysis and model development.
• Valuation analysis and industry research.
• Prepare offering memoranda, management presentations and client materials.
• Contribute to strategic alternatives assessments and fairness opinions.
