Job summary

BellMark Partners, LLC is recruiting an Analyst to join its deal teams. You will analyze financial statements, build models, perform valuations, and conduct industry research while preparing presentations and offering memoranda for clients. You will interact with senior bankers, clients, and financing sources in a boutique, entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting; 3.3 GPA preferred.
• 2027 graduate or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Series 79 (or Series 7) and Series 63 certified, or willingness to sit exams.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, quantitative, and writing skills.
• Demonstrated team player through sports, extracurricular activities.

Job description

Analysts work on deal teams originating and executing a wide variety of advisory and capital raising engagements. Primary responsibilities include financial statement analysis and model development, valuation analysis, industry research, and the preparation of various presentations and documents including offering memoranda, management presentations, fairness opinions, strategic alternatives assessments, and client presentations. Analysts interact daily with senior bankers as well as clients, prospects, financing sources, attorneys and accountants. Additionally, Analysts at BellMark Partners are typically given more responsibility, client exposure, and senior banker attention than junior bankers at larger investment banks due to its entrepreneurial, boutique investment banking culture.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting, min. GPA of 3.3 is preferred
• 2027 graduate or one to two years of relevant experience
• Series 79 (or Series 7) and Series 63 certified, or willingness to sit and pass exams promptly
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, quantitative, and writing skills
• Demonstrated team player through sports, extracurricular, and/or community activities
