Job summary

Kessler Collection's Grand Bohemian Lodge in Greenville, SC seeks a friendly Server Assistant to support our restaurant team. You will clear tables, reset counters, and assist servers while delivering attentive hospitality to every guest.

This role requires teamwork, the ability to work in a busy dining room, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Schedules vary with business demands; prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage is a plus.
• Able to work in a busy shared space with consistent noise.
• Schedules may vary, including shifts exceeding 40 hours with or without notice.
• Push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs on a weekly basis.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Clears and resets counters or tables at the conclusion of each course.
• Assists dining room waiters in service, sets tables, serves guests as directed, keeps menus clean.
• Assists with providing beverages to tables.
• Removes used linens and replaces with clean ones.
• Transports dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Polishes silver and glassware as needed.
• Demonstrates experience in delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Communicates clearly with kitchen and FOH staff.
• Maintains knowledge of all menu ingredients.
• Delivers food to guests quickly and efficiently.
