Responsibilities

• Send proposals and follow through to convert leads to bookings.
• Document room blocks, meeting space, and catering requirements for bookings.
• Obtain and route billing, credit, and VIP arrangements for definite groups.
• Maintain a sales quota and provide weekly sales reports and itineraries.
• Promote guest service culture and collaborate with hotel operations.
