Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior housekeeping and customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, and reach as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in public spaces with warmth and professionalism.
• Review daily room inventory and arrivals/departures.
• Review supplies needed to complete daily assignments.
• Clean guest rooms and public areas to meet cleanliness standards.
• Perform quality cleaning within set time limits.
• Pick up grounds litter and maintain hotel presentation.
• May perform similar duties as assigned by team lead.
