Responsibilities

• Attend to guests in lobby areas, business center, fitness center, restaurants, public restrooms, corridors, meeting rooms, offices, elevators, pool areas, and other public spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in public areas.
• Adhere to hotel standards and project cleaning schedules.
• Report maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Keep hallways and public areas neat and organized.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
