Stay Hotel Waikiki in Honolulu is seeking a Night Auditor to greet guests, handle reservations, and manage front desk operations. This role emphasizes friendly, professional service and clear communication in a fast-paced boutique hotel environment.

Previous hotel experience is helpful but not required; we will train the right person. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected, with a starting wage of $22.00 per hour and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency and basic office equipment operation.
• Basic math, reading/writing, and comprehension
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to provide stellar customer service and handle upset guests with compassion

Responsabilités

• Answer telephones to respond to guest questions and take reservations
• Perform guest check ins, check outs, and room assignments
• Provide customer service at the highest level
• Handle upset guests with tact and kindness; resolve all issues before guests leave the property
• Multitask and prioritize to adjust to changing circumstances and complete multiple assignments
