Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain the building to standards that invite guests to stay awhile at the Inn on Fifth.
• Respond to guest requests and maintenance emergencies in a timely manner.
• Diagnose problems using meters, gauges, and other measuring devices.
• Ensure grounds and buildings maintain curb appeal through daily walk-throughs and inspections.
• Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed and deficiencies are reported to management.
