Aufgaben

• Shape and lead the full restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, and in-room dining experience.
• Develop and oversee the wine, spirits, and cocktail program.
• Serve as a member of the Executive Committee, influencing culture and systems.
• Rebuild and develop the senior F&B leadership team with standards and accountability.
• Partner with culinary leadership to align F&B vision and execution.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, labor, product costs, inventory, and profitability.
• Hire, develop, and hold managers accountable across F&B.
