Job summary

Ponte Vineyard Inn in Temecula, CA seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily F&B operations across The Cellar, Bouquet Restaurant, In-Room Dining and Poolside Bar & Café. You will ensure top service, quality and compliance with safety standards while guiding a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, cost control, SOP updates, and collaborating with management to maintain high guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must obtain/maintain a valid Food Handlers Card.
• Must obtain/maintain a valid Responsible Beverage Service Card.
• Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule to meet hotel demands.
• Ability to direct associates respectfully.
• Strong integrity and honesty.
• Energetic and takes initiative.
• Able to make quick, sound decisions.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation.
• Wine knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of front-of-house operations in the Food and Beverage department across venues (The Cellar, Bouquet Restaurant, In-Room Dining, Poolside Bar & Café).
• Ensure food and beverages meet Executive Chef recipes and hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of equipment and supplies.
• Complete staff scheduling based on labor budgets and occupancy.
• Lead guest relations by addressing complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage Manager and Hotel Manager on staffing and SOPs.
