• Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and A/V needs.
• Assist the setup staff in table, buffet, and bar setups.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen regarding changes and updates.
