Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, commercial kitchen and general building construction experience.
• State certification or licensure where required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams and blueprints; read test equipment and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel systems and facilities to meet operational standards.
• Conduct walk-throughs and assess maintenance and operation of the hotel structure, systems and equipment.
• Manage preventive maintenance for Rooms and Public Areas and keep records updated.
• Hire, train, supervise, coach and counsel associates and managers.
• Ensure grounds are maintained for a great guest arrival experience.
• Implement safety and emergency policies and procedures (OSHA HazCom, etc.).
