Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a friendly hospitality teammate to help maintain a clean dining area and provide outstanding service to guests. You will buss tables, stock stations, and assist with expediting food while supporting the restaurant team in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of experience in a similar role, a Food Handler Certification if required, familiarity with a POS system, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smile.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred.
• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Knowledge or ability to learn the restaurant point-of-sale system, ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean dining area by bussing tables and providing outstanding service.
• Act as an advocate for the restaurant and create ridiculously personal experiences for guests.
• Develop relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
• Clean and set tables to restaurant standards; deposit dishes in the dish-room.
• Pull dirty plates while guests are seated; serve beverages promptly.
• Stock bussing stations and clean stations, including sweeping floors.
