Kessler Hotels in Savannah is seeking a Bartender to oversee the bar area, mix drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will set up the bar to standards and maintain cleanliness and inventory control.

The role requires a friendly, attentive demeanor, the ability to stand for long shifts, and effective communication with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; bar experience preferred.
• Flexible hours and long shifts may be required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.
• Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Set up the bar according to hotel standards and ensure guests are served promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the hotel’s mixing and presentation standards.
• Serve guests with all beverage requirements in a courteous and professional manner.
• Break down bar after events, storing liquor, supplies and equipment according to standards.
• Follow state liquor laws and hotel safety rules.
• Keep bar and service areas clean and tidy during service.
• Aim for overall guest satisfaction.
