You will maintain daily calendars, assist with phone appointment requests, support queue updates, and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth, guest-focused experience. Flexibility and hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills are required with a friendly attitude for all interactions with clients.
• Strong communication skills, gracious and warm approach when engaging with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule according to business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
