Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and personable demeanor.
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to stay on top of a fast-paced day.
• Experience in medical spa, dermatology, or similar setting is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests in a warm, professional way.
• Keep the front area clean, calm, and organized.
• Manage provider schedules and help keep the day on track.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with guests.
• Answer calls, texts, and general questions.
• Assist with room prep and documentation as directed.
