Leap is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to join our boutique network powered by the Leap Platform during the upcoming peak selling season. You will create meaningful connections, deliver exceptional service, and share the Malbon Golf brand story to inspire confident purchases.

Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming store environment, replenishing stock, assisting with events and promotions, and supporting teammates to meet daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to support evolving store priorities and seasonal needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers through authentic conversation, active listening, and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
• Assist with replenishment, inventory, shipment processing, and other daily operational tasks.
• Support opening and closing procedures and other responsibilities as assigned.
