Waymore’s Guest House in East Nashville is seeking an experienced Front Office role to support the Front Office Manager in delivering friendly, efficient service to guests. You will greet arrivals, assist with check-in/out, manage information flow, and coordinate withHousekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes cash handling, POS use, and accurate bookkeeping while maintaining a welcoming, beverage-forward front desk vibe.

Competenze

• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, restaurant/bar, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
• Knowledge of coffee, cocktails, beer/wine, and beverage service preferred.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some with high levels of patience and diplomacy.
• Able to stand, walk and work behind the front desk for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Assist the Front Office Manager in managing Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and provide accurate information on outlet hours and local attractions.
• Process registrations, input guest information, and verify room rates and charges.
• Oversee dual responsibilities of Front Desk Agents, Baristas, and Bartenders.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments to resolve issues.
