Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a part-time Lobby Attendant for the 2nd shift at Waymore’s Guest House in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe experience for guests and colleagues in the lobby and public areas.

The ideal candidate has hotel experience, strong guest communication, and a professional appearance. Shift runs 2:00 PM–7:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with a supportive team environment and opportunities to contribute to our guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Available to work second shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Good communication with guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of sinks, toilets, mirrors, and surfaces throughout the lobby and common areas.
• Dust furniture, pictures, and shelves; clean and polish metal surfaces.
• Empty trash and manage ashtrays as needed.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available for regular shifts.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
