Hotel Abri is seeking a Guest Services Agent in San Francisco to support front desk operations, handle guest inquiries, and promote hotel services. The role requires accurate data handling, familiarity with PMS and POS systems, and a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, English communication skills, and preferably an accounting background. Medical, dental, life insurance, 401K and paid time off are among offered benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English communication with guests required.
• Accounting-focused college degree preferred.
• Experience with computers, calculators or word processors.
• Ability to input and access information in PMS/POS systems.

Mansioni

• Verify accuracy of daily transaction postings and prepare reports.
• Answer guest inquiries with correct etiquette and promote hotel services.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel packages, promotions, prices and rates.
• Run daily front desk and cashier reports and reconcile discrepancies.
• Transmit credit card vouchers securely to vendors.
