Qualifications

• Experience directly dealing with the public is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete standard check-in procedures.
• Process check-ins and check-outs using PMS StayNTouch and cash handling.
• Communicate hotel rates and information to guests; upsell room nights.
• Answer inquiries and accept reservations via in person and phone.
• Maintain guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
