Job summary

The Churchill Hotel Near Embassy Row in Washington, DC is hiring a Front Desk Agent. You will greet guests, check them in and out, and assist with pre-registration and reservations while delivering warm, professional service.

You will post charges, manage the Front Office system, handle cash and payments, and respond to guest requests with accuracy. A team-oriented attitude and ability to work evenings and weekends are essential. This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in/out promptly and professionally.
• Post charges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office systems and daily transactions.
• Manage cash handling and payments from guests.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and cancellation procedures.
• Take same-day reservations and follow relocation procedures when necessary.
