CHANEL is seeking a Fragrance & Beauty Advisor to serve as a CHANEL brand ambassador, delivering superb client service and building lasting relationships in-store in Scottsdale. You will drive sales through product knowledge and personalized experiences while supporting events, education, and brand standards.

This full-time role requires strong communication, a service mindset, and willingness to learn across in-store and online channels.

Formación

• Full-time, in-store presence required.
• Cosmetics/fragrance knowledge; artistry skills preferred.
• Strong communication and service mindset.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs.
• Team player with curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior service to every client using the CHANEL service ritual.
• Deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connection and data capture.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting products, services, and client recruitment.
• Attend seasonal seminars and apply learnings via training tools.
• Support an omni-channel experience between in-store and online.
• Address and resolve client situations per company standards with cross-team collaboration.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, hygienic work area and follow Visual Merchandising guidelines.
