YogaSix in Glen Mills, PA is seeking a passionate General Manager to lead our boutique fitness studio to new heights, combining wellness with strong leadership. You will create an exceptional member and staff experience in a fast-paced, community-focused setting.

Lead day-to-day operations, drive sales and retention, recruit and coach a high-performing team, and execute local marketing to grow visibility and revenue in the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in boutique fitness, wellness, or hospitality.
• Proven track record in sales, membership growth, or business development.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing staff schedules.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day studio operations, ensuring a seamless and premium member experience.
• Drive membership sales, retention strategies, and revenue growth goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing team of front desk staff and instructors.
• Develop and execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives to grow studio visibility.
• Monitor studio KPIs, budgets, and financial performance to meet targets.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, safety standards, and brand compliance.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating studio culture aligned with the YogaSix brand.
