Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Fashion Advisor to deliver exceptional in-store service, turning walk-ins into repeat clients and brand ambassadors. You will work on the boutique floor, collaborate with the sales team, and report to boutique leadership to elevate the client experience.

This is a full-time, in-person role requiring nights, weekends, and some holidays. The ideal candidate builds genuine relationships, can lift up to 15 lbs, and brings a passion for fashion and client care to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-minded approach.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Passion for fashion and client experience; foreign language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients by converting walk-in traffic into repeat clients and brand ambassadors
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Maintain consistent client outreach and build genuine long-term relationships
• Coordinate repairs and alterations, ensuring timely follow-up with clients
• Contribute to a team environment and support boutique business objectives
