Tutu School Lake Norman is seeking an enthusiastic dance instructor to lead structured ballet classes and nurture young performers. You will follow our carefully crafted curriculum, foster strong communication with families, and maintain a welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ballet is strongly preferred.
• Teaching experience is preferred.
• Consistent availability on Saturdays and Sundays is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport and communication with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.
