Job summary

Fairway Styles, part of Worldwide Golf, is hiring an Apparel Sales Associate for our new Santa Ana location inside Roger Dunn Golf Shops. You will engage customers in conversations about golf and fashion and curate outfit suggestions while maintaining a premium boutique shopping environment.

Promising candidates will promote a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values, including a customer-first, "Sure No Problem" approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in apparel sales, retail styling, or customer-facing roles preferred (entry-level considered)
• Golf knowledge/background is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service reflecting the luxury positioning of Fairway Styles
• Act as a brand ambassador for premium golf apparel lines, staying up-to-date on the latest product launches and fashion trends
• Provide expert styling advice and wardrobe recommendations tailored to individual customer preferences and golf needs
• Maintain the Fairway Styles space to be visually appealing, well-stocked, and merchandised to brand standards
• Process and manage in-person returns of e-commerce orders with professionalism and efficiency
• Support in-store promotions, campaigns, and content creation initiatives as needed
