Job summary

Niagara is seeking a Production Operator for the Day shift to run the production floor with a focus on safety, quality and throughput. You will complete hourly production and quality reports, inspect products, and ensure compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

The role requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with a preference for those with at least two years in manufacturing. Competitive benefits and pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 2 years manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports and report defects.
• Follow GMP and Food Safety Standards and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain appropriate raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor line issues and relief duties.
• Maintain regular attendance and work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
