Nulixir Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a seasoned packaging manufacturing leader to head our bottling department.

You will oversee day-to-day beverage production, develop production plans, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards. Lead a growing team of 20+ operators and line leads per shift, training for safe, efficient operations, tracking production records, and collaborating with R&D, QA, and supply chain to meet goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years bottling or canning line operations.
• Experience as a supervisor/lead in food & beverage environments.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Nulixir’s beverage manufacturing plant; develop a daily production plan and realize production goals.
• Manage a growing team of Production Operators and Line Leads (20+ per shift).
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met; train and supervise line workers for safe, efficient operation of equipment.
• Monitor production processes and adjust for efficiency; troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports; ensure a healthy, safe manufacturing environment per regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely product delivery.
• Manage GMP, Organic, Kosher, and site certification processes.
