You will mentor bottling mechanics and operators, champion preventive maintenance and automation, and push continuous improvement to improve throughput, changeover times, and product quality in a high‑speed canning environment.

Responsibilities

• Own daily technical operations, performance, and efficiency of the 50ml bottling line.
• Lead implementation of new equipment, system integrations, and line upgrades.
• Develop and mentor bottling line mechanics, operators, and team leads.
• Drive preventive maintenance, line changeover optimization, and OEE tracking.
• Manage contractors, OEM technicians, and equipment vendors.
