Job summary

Altium Packaging in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Machine Operator to run blow-mold, PET and injection molding lines, ensuring quality bottles and efficient production. You will monitor machines, perform minor maintenance, and follow GMP and safety policies.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, with a High School diploma or GED preferred. Completion of Altium Training within 90 days is expected. Overtime may be required in a fast-paced plant.

Qualifications

• Blow mold experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Perform bottle inspections and quality checks during production, packaging and labeling.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor repairs on blow-mold equipment.
• Prepare and document daily production reports and line efficiencies.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and equipment adjustments as needed.
• Adhere to GMP, safety policies and company policies; escalate defects.
