Job summary

Sazerac is hiring a Production Technician in Lewiston, Maine to operate and maintain bottling line equipment in a fast-paced facility. You will ensure safe, compliant production and support daily operations while collaborating with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Experience with SOPs, GMPs, HACCP or food safety standards preferred.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, change over, and perform basic maintenance on bottling line equipment.
• Perform quality inspections, labeling, case packing, and documentation to ensure safety and quality.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs and food safety standards to meet production goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste on the bottling line.
• Guide and support temporary team members on safety and procedures.
