Job summary
Sazerac is hiring a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems. This hands-on role troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains bottling lines and infrastructure to maximize uptime and production performance.
The ideal candidate has 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The position operates on a 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
- Preferred: technical school or Associate's degree in a related field.
- Experience with industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and automation equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, bottling lines, facility systems, and supporting infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Partner with production and maintenance teams to identify equipment improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate equipment performance concerns, maintenance needs, and operational issues to supervisors and cross-functional partners.
- Support facility projects, equipment installations, and ongoing maintenance activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.
