Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
• Ability to read and follow equipment manuals, technical instructions, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance on bottling lines, production equipment, facility systems, and grounds equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests, identify the cause of issues, and complete repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Support bottling line startups and changeovers by ensuring equipment is properly maintained and ready for production.
• Communicate equipment issues and maintenance needs to supervisors and production teams.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
