Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Production Machine Operator A to join our production team. The role focuses on minimizing downtime and maintaining high filler uptime while operating on our beverage lines.

The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, interfacing with PLC controls, coordinating with multiple teams, and following quality and safety standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years of manufacturing experience is required.
• Six months of filler operations and PLC controller experience are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates filler machinery at rated speeds with minimal downtime.
• Interfaces with PLC controllers and adjusts settings to meet specs.
• Reviews schedules and coordinates with departments to ensure supply of bottles, caps, and product.
• Inspects materials for quality and ensures correct flavor changes are properly handled.
• Performs shutdowns and emergency procedures as needed.
• Maintains clean work area and accurate production records.
