Hall’s Culligan of Buckeye is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth, identify new clients, and close deals in a field-based role across residential and industrial accounts. You will build relationships, demonstrate products, and contribute to revenue targets while representing a trusted water solutions brand.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass driving record checks for company vehicle.
• Ability to drive a vehicle for 6 hours per day.
• Proficient with computers and tablets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Self-direct and manage time to stay productive.
• Able to pass criminal background and drug screenings.
• Lift up to 90 lbs repeatedly (bottled water locations).

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation: identify potential clients, cold call, email and network to build a strong pipeline.
• Consultative selling: understand client needs and tailor solutions with demonstrated value.
• Negotiation and closing: negotiate terms, pricing and contracts to close deals.
• Customer relationship management: build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Market and competitive analysis: stay updated on industry trends to adapt strategies.
• Product knowledge: learn and stay updated on products and services.
• Documentation: maintain accurate records with proper pictures attached.
• Safety: adhere to safe driving policies and maintain order and confidentiality.
