Job summary

Hall’s Culligan of Wixom is seeking an outgoing Bottled Water & Drinking Water Filtration Sales Professional. As a Sales Representative, you’ll drive growth by prospecting and closing new business, building relationships with customers, and presenting tailored water solutions.

This full-time role offers a guaranteed commission with uncapped earning potential (average of $45-55K annually), PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) match.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation: identify and research potential clients; cold call, email, and network to build a strong pipeline.
• Consultative selling: understand client needs and present tailored solutions with clear value.
• Negotiation and closing: negotiate terms and close deals to meet targets.
• Customer relationship management: build long-term relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Market and competitive analysis: stay updated on industry trends to inform strategy.
• Product knowledge: understand products/services and stay updated.
• Documentation: maintain accurate records with appropriate pictures.
• Safety: follow driver policies and maintain a safe workspace.
