Job Summary

As a Tea Room Attendant, you will take counter orders, serve food and beverages, and sell museum souvenirs to guests at our café-style Tea Room. You will also assist with food preparation, maintenance, and cleaning of the kitchen, server, and dining areas.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English to communicate effectively with fellow CAST members and the general public.
• Able to handle stressful situations and difficult people while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor.
• Ability to accurately handle money, credit cards, and cash receipts.
• Previous café or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work weekend and holiday shifts.
