Job summary

Stella Mental Health in Woods Cross, UT is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PMHNP or PA) to join our interventional psychiatry team. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop personalized plans, and deliver treatments such as TMS, Spravato, and ketamine therapies within our Transformative Care framework.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP or PA license with authority to practice in the applicable state.
• Experience with interventional mental health treatments (ketamine, Spravato, TMS, SGB) or willingness to develop.
• DEA registration and ability to obtain state controlled substance registrations.
• Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments to understand patient history, symptoms, and readiness for care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using Transformative Care framework and Compass model.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with ongoing follow-up care.
• Collaborate with therapists, clinic teams, and care coordinators to integrate care.
• Complete accurate, compliant clinical documentation within 24 hours of encounters.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and active licensure; support credentialing and payer enrollment.
