Job summary

Ci is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Designer to join our Boston office on a full-time basis. The role leads planning, coordination, and execution of projects from design through construction, while managing client relationships, schedules, and budgets to ensure high-quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and a solid understanding of construction documentation and administration to support our growing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp; Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
• Strong design and presentation skills; client and consultant engagement.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and produce construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and technical design of major projects.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants.
• Produce and review project specifications and construction documents.
• Manage budgets and schedules across multiple projects.
• Provide technical guidance to junior architects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements.
