Core Responsibilities
At The LEGO Group, we always place the end-user, in this case, our employees, at the forefront. In our hubs we seek to deliver engaging workplace experiences that contribute to an outstanding work-environment, high productivity, and phenomenal employee wellbeing. In order to achieve these aspirations, we are looking for an engaging ‘social engineer’: a facility partner with excellent people skills who can drive the daily facilities/operations of the hub, and at the same time take a lead in crafting a phenomenal sense of community and fostering the LEGO culture. You will work in an exciting environment and join a diverse team of hub hosts and other facilities related team members.
The Hub Host we are looking for is a proactive and energetic member of our Workplace Experience team who cultivates an engaging in-office experience for our clients and our employees by supporting various functions within the office, having a positive and helpful approach, proactively offering people assistance with new office tools, guiding space bookings and space management within the various neighborhoods, resetting workspaces, and supporting / planning engaging in-office events for our employees. Hub Hosts may also be asked to volunteer for and support more broad work activities including those that are held at a location/office level including office events, client events and other volunteer activities.
Be the welcome face of LEGO by role modeling the culture and values
Make sure that our workplace facilities are always outstanding and in perfect condition
Help drive a positive and engaging environment in the hub by injecting energy, fun and vibrancy through communication and activities
Be part of a team of hub hosts in a pro-active, motivating and engaging way
Create an engaging and vibrant sense of community (online and events etc.)
Collaborator and communication management on operational and senior level to ensure solutions are found that benefit both the employees and the organization as a whole
Actively create close collaboration and cross-functionalization with Boston hub community volunteers for engagement activities.
Ensure daily smooth running of the hub through proactive organization and forward planning, as well as trouble shooting quickly if issues arise
Be service minded towards our employees and visitors
Work on the continuous improvement of our workplace experience

The LEGO Group is continuously developing its global workplaces, including design and strategy. We have factories, sales offices, and hubs across the world with a HQ, LEGO Campus, in Billund, Denmark. The core focus of this new role will be in our Boston Hub, where approximately 600+ employees from different areas of our business work. Our hubs operate under the guidelines of the LEGO workplace strategy, called LEGO Ways of Working (LWOW). It is a very special place with a great sense of community and collaboration.

Relocation
There is no relocation budget for this role.
Location
This position will be based at our LEGO Boston Hub located at 1001 Boylston St, Back Bay, Boston and will require you to be onsite 5 days a week.
Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $52.600 - $78.900 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
