Qualifications

BA in Human Services related field required.
3+ years of supervisory experience.
5+ years working with Veteran population and homelessness.
Knowledge of Housing First, Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care.
Strong case management and housing navigation skills.
Excellent customer service and professional communication.
Proficiency with electronic databases and computers.
Strong crisis intervention abilities.

Responsibilities

Supervise Stabilization Case Managers and the Shallow Subsidy Coordinator per SSVF guidelines.
Ensure rapid housing entry, stabilization, and homelessness prevention services.
Coordinate team training on SSVF, housing search, and landlord communications.
Attend weekly meetings with Director to review performance and caseloads.
Maintain records, audits, and program documentation for compliance.
Travel to Boston/Merrimack Valley areas as needed.
Collaborate with partners to reduce programmatic duplication.
Assist with site visits, audits, and reporting.
