Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investing, preferably in direct lending/private credit.
• Experience underwriting and monitoring credit investments.
• Familiarity with credit agreement documentation and other legal paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Invest in private debt financings across the capital structure, with emphasis on unitranche, first lien, and second lien loans.
• Support the investment process end-to-end — sourcing, underwriting, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
• Conduct company and industry research and develop investment recommendations with Team Leaders and Credit Research.
• Contribute to investment committee memoranda, including financial projections.
• Assist in evaluating, structuring, and negotiating terms at term sheet and documentation stages.
• Monitor performance of existing investments and maintain relationships with Borrowers/Sponsors and Agents.
