Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen new deal opportunities and provide feedback to senior team.
• Lead underwriting and due diligence, identify risks, review data room materials.
• Build and oversee complex financial models; mentor junior staff.
• Manage credit approvals, prepare memoranda, ensure underwriting policy compliance.
• Lead investment committee meetings and negotiate loan documents.
• Oversee loan closing including KYC requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of 10–15 leveraged lending relationships.
• Monitor borrower performance and risk ratings; conduct credit reviews.
• Review financial statements and covenant compliance.
• Lead amendments, waivers, and upsizing requests.
• Mentor Analysts and Associates on underwriting and portfolio mgmt.
